About Avid Support Codes (ASC)
Avid has built and maintains one of the largest worldwide customer support networks in the industry. Get on-demand support for your Avid products with the Avid Support Code (ASC). The ASC gives you access to our expert technical support resources. Our experts are standing by during business hours to help you get the most out of our products.
Some products receive a complimentary ASC as part of the registration process. An ASC received upon registration will be valid for obtaining assisted support by chat, online/email, or telephone. Complimentary ASCs received at registration are valid for periods of 30, 60 or 90 days depending on the product. If you are entitled to a complimentary ASC with your product, details about the ASC that you receive will be emailed to you upon registration. Be sure to always register your product to take advantage of this.

An ASC purchased on the webstore is valid for 60 days.
To obtain assisted support using your ASC:
- Online Assistance: To obtain online support for your Avid product, please go to www.avid.com/ASCform. You can select Chat if available, or create an online (email) case. You will be prompted to enter your ASC.
- Assistance by Telephone: Phone numbers are provided when you purchase or register your ASC. Additional complimentary support information is noted below the phone numbers for each product family.
